early 2022 i was commissioned by skylarker to make this short documentary.
the film documents skylarker's vision and progress in offering interactive performances and dynamic workshops to support children’s confidence, creativity, communication and joy in schools.
BIG SCREEN IN THE PARK TRAILER

an animated trailer made for Exeter Phoenix’s Big Screen in the Park event this Year. This was an unusual project for me, as I don’t usually create content using motion graphics. However, I was really pleased with the result and my clients were delighted too!

This is a trailer I made back in 2021 for the youtube channel Total Revs, promoting season one. Since 2021 I have played a big part in TR, becoming the lead editor in charge of video production.

The Christmas advert i made for Libraries Unlimited in 2020. A Teddy is left behind in one of Devon's Libraries. Will the resources that Libraries have to offer keep teddy entertained? Will Teddy make it back home in time for Christmas with the help of LU's friendly staff? Watch and find out.
BIO
Hi, my name is Jack Oliver, and I began producing and editing videos at the age of 12. Since finishing my BTEC in Film & TV in 2012 I have worked on numerous film projects. in 2015 I edited a short commissioned sci-fi film called "Cloaned' which won an award for "Devon’s Best Short Film Commission'. In 2016 a friend and I produced a 3-minute horror film commissioned by Exeter Phoenix and premiered at their 'Two short night film festival'. Over the last 8 years I have created and edited many promotional videos under my company name 'QuackProductions' for small businesses such as cafes, newspapers, and puppet companies. More recently between 2020 - 2022 I've produced film and animation (using motion graphics) and assisted on video projects for Exeter Quay words, Libraries Unlimited, Exeter Phoenix, Cartasvivas, exeter's Positive Light projects. and skylarker. At the beginning of 2022 QuackProductions won ‘Best 48-hour challenge film’ (Gammon & Eggs) “A Music video of a unique preparation of the best breakfast ever! As well as being busy running my own videography business, as a side project, I edit and produce content for Total Revs, a you tube channel for car enthusiasts. when i'm not making films, i am the film projectionist at exeter phoenix.
